We only offer store credit. We cannot process any refund of any kind. It takes a lot of dedication and time for us to be able to provide our services at the quality, value, and price we do, thus we have to protect our members’, our partners’, and our time and costs associated. We base our group rates on the number of athletes in the group which means we cannot refund cash to athletes that drop out (this allows us to keep our group rates low).
