An institution is permitted to subscribe to a service that provides scholastic and\/or non-scholastic video. The institution may not contract with a service in advance to have a particular contest recorded or provided. These self evaluations are taken by the athletes daily, weekly, or whenever the athlete is evaluating themselves. This allows scouts to see how often the athlete works out, their improvement and growth, their commitment to improving themselves, and so much more.<\/p>\n<p>We abide by the rules stated in 12.3.3.1 Talent Evaluation Services and Agents.
