An institution is permitted to use or subscribe to a video service that only provides video of prospective student-athletes and does not provide information about or analysis of prospective student-athletes. Use of a subscription to such a service is subject to the provisions of Bylaw 13.14.3.1, except for subsections (c) and (e). These self evaluations are taken by the athletes daily, weekly, or whenever the athlete is evaluating themselves. This allows scouts to see how often the athlete works out, their improvement and growth, their commitment to improving themselves, and so much more.<\/p>\n<p>We abide by the rules stated in 12.3.3.1 Talent Evaluation Services and Agents.
